Tell us a bit about your background and how it helped shape the expertise you bring to CAE.
As Fred Tuttle said, “I’ve spent my whole life in the barn, now I just want to spend a little time in the House.” I spent 17 years farming, and I’ve been able to translate my skills to administrative operations for CAE, keeping the gears turning for our staff to do their work.
What excites you about your work and/or the work of CAE?
Bringing consistency to our work to make it accessible.
What brings you joy? (work or otherwise)
My dog Chara, lilacs in spring, and the undamming of the Klamath.
What brings you hope? (work or otherwise)
Folks ability to find humor in hard times, small acts of kindness, and the rematriation of unceded ancestral lands.
